Situational Analysis of the Willingness to Accept Interns, Benefits and Challenges of Academic Internship Programmes to Host Organisations: Empirical Evidence from Ghana

Most technical universities in Ghana have recently begun paying much-needed attention to industrial attachment programs or exercises. This follows from their primary goal of educating students develop the practical skills and pertinent competencies required for entering workforce starting businesses. studies on subject emphasized advantages exercise students, host organizations, academic institutions. The current study concentrated observing participating organizations' attitudes continuing internship program difficulties these businesses while taking attachment. article employed descriptive-exploratory research survey design execute research. findings paper revealed that organisations face four major challenges accepting internship; inadequate space, health insurance cover interns, poor attitude towards training outmoded curricula.
